Hi, I’m Jessica. I started volunteering at Wild Blue a little over two years ago. I grew up with a dad who loved cats; feeding strays and taking in sick kittens was normal at our house. But until my son had to choose an organization for community service, I didn’t know how much Wild Blue would change my life. During my time with Wild Blue, I’ve helped with laundry, have had a weekly volunteer shift, and also fostered. My first year, I was going through a lot and felt a bit lost, but I quickly realized I was where I was meant to be. I was back to where I started, helping cats in need and, in the process, meeting great people with the same passion to help.
